UPDATED INTEGRITY, DISCIPLINE AND GRIEVANCES POLICIES

All members of our united paddling community are protected by, and bound by, Paddle Australia’s (PA) policies. PA has recently updated the following integrity, disciplinary and grievance policies to strengthen our defence against integrity threats and to ensure that paddling is a safe, fair and inclusive environment for all:

  • National Integrity Framework
  • Code of Behaviour Policy
  • Personal Grievances Policy

Training on these important changes has been made available to all club administrators, including key safeguarding rights and responsibilities, and the updated process for managing disciplinary issues and conflict.

PA encourages all members of the paddling community to immediately report poor behaviour. Speaking up protects everyone in our sport.

For more information, including about the expected standards of behaviour and how to report issues, please visit PA Sport Integrity or contact the PA Sport Integrity or contact the PA National Integrity Manager (integrity@paddle.org.au or 0426 363 302).
