Paddle Australia sad to report that Annabelle White, our Sport Operations Manager, has submitted her resignation. Annabelle joined us as the Sport Operations Coordinator in February 2022, at a time when we were emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic, supporting our first national competition season after a 2-year break.
Later stepping into the role of Sport Operations Manager, Annabelle has led and supported a number of projects, including the development of the LGBTQ inclusion policy and working group; the 2023 ICF Canoe Ocean Racing World Championships; the Learning and Development initiative; and other core priorities.
Annabelle has been offered an opportunity at the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) as a Coaching Advisor, a role that aligns with her career aspirations and allows her to further develop her expertise. PA is very grateful to Annabelle for the contribution she has made during her time with us and, whilst we are sorry to see her go, we wish her every success in her future endeavors.
Annabelle’s last day at PA will be the 4th of December.
