Paddle Australia Launches Membership Verification Tool with Webscorer

It will now be easier than ever to verify membership for paddle event registrations, with Paddle Australia introducing its new membership verification tool in Webscorer.

Event organisers (Affiliated Clubs, Discipline Technical Committees and State Paddle Associations) requiring the competition management capabilities of Webscorer can now verify the membership status of registrants using a newly developed API integration between Webscorer and Paddle Australia’s Membership & Events Portal (JustGo).

The platform will also allow non-members to pay their Single Event Non-Member Fees, along with the registration fee, ensuring that all participants are compliant with insurance requirements for the event.

To verify membership, registrants will be asked to provide their:

  • Paddle Australia Member ID (e.g. PA001234 – always prefixed ‘PA’ followed by six digits with no spaces)
  • Surname
  • Date of Birth (format YYYY-MM-DD)

Members can find their Paddle Australia Member ID in their membership confirmation email or by logging into their profile in JustGo.

If unsure or concerned that the returned validation is incorrect, members can contact membership@paddle.org.au for assistance during  business hours (AEST), or their State Paddle Association during local business hours.

The Event Management tool in Paddle Australia’s Membership and Events Portal, JustGo, caters well for a wide variety of events and scenarios and it remains available to all Affiliated Clubs. JustGo remains Paddle Australia’s preferred and recommended event registration system for national, state and club events.
