Join Our High Performance Team on the Road to Brisbane 2032 – Canoe Slalom

With the announcement of Brisbane being the host city of the 2032 Olympic Games, Paddle Australia is embarking on an ambitious and exciting new strategy within high performance and the performance pathway.

We are currently seeking to recruit numerous roles within our high performance program to support our performance objectives leading into Paris 2024, LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032.

The three canoe slalom positions that we are currently recruiting for will provide a much needed increase in capacity as well as expand on the enormous knowledge and experience that already exists within the canoe slalom program.

Australian and International candidates are invited to apply with applications closing on the 9th August.

Candidates must have a passion for excellence, a strong desire to excel, and willingness to establish and strive for stretch goals. We are seeking individuals who will role model exemplary, professional behaviours, exceptional teamwork and foster Paddle Australia’s core values of Collaboration, Inclusiveness, Transparency and Excellence to ensure an environment of excellence and a commitment to continuous improvement is adopted and adhered.
