  • What keeps you busy outside of Kayaking? Working and friends.
  • Greatest Influence on Career? My first coach Wayne Thomas, he taught be a lot about racing and training that I am still carrying with me.
  • Who inspires you? My father, Colin Borrows.
  • If you were not a Kayaker what would you be? Trying to rock climb anything and everywhere.
  • How would your best friend describe you? Laid back, big cuddly teddy bear, happy.
  • Best Advice you’ve ever received? Smooth, clean and you will be fast.
  • Superstitions before a race? Give the boat a hug and kiss the deck while sitting in the starting gate.
