  • How did you get into paddling?
    Kayaking was a school sport at my high school in Melbourne
  • What has been your biggest accomplishment in the sport so far?
    Getting a bronze medal in K1 1000m at the Senior World Cup.
  • What keeps you busy outside of paddling? What is your current occupation and/or university degree?
    I’m working part time as a physiotherapist and pilates instructor.
  • Who has been the greatest influence on your career?
    My family, they are my biggest supporters!
  • How would your best friend describe you?
    Organised and competitive
  • Do you have any superstitions before a race?
    I always like to put my hands in the water just before the start line. I’m not sure why or when it started.
  • What is your favourite course to paddle on?
    Duisburg, Germany – it’s such a beautiful location surrounded by greenery. There are also great coffee shops close by!
